What sets a catamaran apart

A catamaran's twin hulls keep the boat flat at anchor and under sail, so drinks stay on the table and guests move around the deck without bracing against a heel. The layout spreads living space sideways rather than stacking it below: a wide aft cockpit, a forward trampoline for sunbathing, and four to five cabins that sleep up to 10 guests in total. Draft on our catamarans runs around 1.2 metres, shallow enough to anchor close to beaches and coves that deeper-keeled monohulls have to skip.

Catamaran rental in Athens, Greece, differs most from monohull sailing in exactly these two points: the flat ride and the shallow access. For groups who want to swim straight off the boat in a cove at lunch rather than motor on to a harbour, that difference matters more than top speed.

We run catamaran charters as day trips from the Athens marina, weekend breaks of two to three nights, and full-week cruises through the Saronic Gulf or further into the Cyclades. A day charter covers two or three nearby islands, a weekend adds overnight anchorages, and a week opens the longer Cyclades routes. Every booking can run crewed, with skipper and host aboard, or bareboat for guests who hold the required sailing qualifications.

Catamaran fleet details

Cabin and guest capacity

Our catamarans carry 4 or 5 cabins and sleep 8 to 10 guests in total, with twin or double berths and at least two heads aboard.

Deck and lounge space

A forward trampoline, a shaded aft cockpit table seating up to 10, and a flybridge on the larger models give guests room to spread out without crowding the cabins below.

Crewed or bareboat

Book a crewed catamaran charter with skipper and host aboard, or take the helm yourself on a bareboat booking if you hold the required certification.

Fuel and mooring by trip length

Day charters include standard fuel use and no mooring fees; weekend and week-long charters add marina and anchorage fees calculated per night and settled before departure.

Catamaran vs monohull

Catamaran charter Saronic Gulf itineraries and longer Cyclades routes run on both hull types; the difference shows up in comfort, speed and price once you're aboard.
