Cookies we set

This site uses two cookies, both strictly necessary for the pages to work. Neither is used to build a profile of you or to serve advertising, and neither is shared with a third party for marketing purposes.

The first keeps the details you type into the enquiry or booking form on screen as you move between its fields, so a page refresh or a slow connection does not wipe what you have entered. The second remembers the language and currency you selected on your last visit, so the site does not reset to its defaults every time you return.

Enquiry form session

A session cookie is created when you open the enquiry or booking form. It holds the entered fields in memory only for the duration of that visit and is deleted automatically when you close the browser or after roughly 30 minutes of inactivity.

Language and currency

A preference cookie stores your chosen language and currency display so the site shows prices and text consistently on return visits. It carries no personal information and expires after 12 months if not renewed by a further visit.

No ad or tracking cookies

We do not set advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or cross-site tracking identifiers anywhere on this site. There is no cookie that follows you to another website once you leave, and no cookie here is used to build an advertising profile.

We do not load third-party analytics beyond the technical minimum needed to keep the booking pages, scripts and enquiry form running correctly. No visitor data collected through cookies is sold, rented or passed to a third party for marketing, and none is combined with data from any other site.

Clearing or blocking cookies

Both cookies described above can be cleared or blocked through your browser's settings, usually under a privacy or site data section where you can remove cookies for this domain specifically or block them for all sites. The exact steps depend on your browser and its version.

Blocking the session cookie will stop the enquiry form from retaining details you have already entered as you move between its fields, so you may need to re-enter information if a page reloads. Blocking the preference cookie simply means the site reverts to its default language and currency on each visit rather than remembering your last choice.
