How we handle enquiries
When you write to us, include your preferred charter dates, the number of guests in your party and whether you want a day trip, a weekend or a full week. Tell us if you already have a route in mind — Saronic islands for a short break or a longer run into the Cyclades — so we can check which yacht and crew combination fits before we reply.
The booking desk is staffed from our Alimos Marina office, 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Saturday, Athens time. Enquiries sent within those hours usually get a written reply the same day; anything received after 18:00 or on a Sunday is answered by the next working morning, within one working day overall.
