This page explains what personal data we collect when you enquire about a charter, how we use it, and how long we keep it.

Data we collect
When you submit the contact form or the charter enquiry form on this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred charter dates, group size and the yacht type you are interested in. These fields are the ones you enter directly; we do not collect payment details, passport numbers or any data beyond what is needed to put together a quote.
We use this information only to prepare and send you a charter quote for yacht charter Athens bookings: matching your dates and group size against fleet availability, checking the right yacht size and crew configuration, and replying with pricing and route options. We do not use enquiry data for marketing lists, and we do not sell or share it with third parties outside the operational use described here.
Retention and access
We keep enquiry and contact form data for 24 months from the date of your last contact with us, after which it is deleted from our systems. Within Architectsforurbanity, access is limited to the staff who handle bookings, provisioning and route planning for your charter; no one outside this team sees the data you submit.
If you want to see what data we hold about you, or want it removed before the 24-month period ends, email us directly and we will confirm the request and act on it within one working day. Use the same address for either a copy of your data or a deletion request; we do not require a separate form.
