Terms for using this site and submitting enquiries
These terms set out how this website may be used and what happens when you submit a charter enquiry through it.
Site content and accuracy
The prices, availability and itineraries shown across this site are indicative and reflect current fleet status at the time of publishing. Rates, dates and routes can change without notice until a charter is confirmed in writing by Architectsforurbanity. Where a figure or date on this site conflicts with a written confirmation, the confirmation issued directly to the charterer governs.
Text, photographs, itinerary descriptions and route maps published on this site belong to Architectsforurbanity and may not be copied, reproduced or republished on another site, in print or in marketing material without prior written permission. Requests to reuse any part of the site should be sent through the contact page.
Enquiries and booking confirmation
Submitting the enquiry form on this site is a request for availability, not a booking. It commits neither party until Architectsforurbanity has reviewed the dates, confirmed crew and yacht availability, and replied directly to the charterer.
A charter becomes binding only once we send written confirmation by email and the deposit set out on the Pricing page has been received in full. Until both of those have happened, the yacht, dates and rate quoted remain provisional and may be allocated to another charterer.
Booking conditions at a glance
